You are one hell of a goalie, scouted by the NHL and you are on your way until the right knee, that damned joining of cartilage and bone breaks beyond repair and now, 15 yrs later, you have new challenges mostly surrounding cheese. You love cheese and eat half a pound a sitting. You are not choosy, cheap orange cheese, no-name cheddar is fine. Good enough. You get a kidney stone, a little sharp chunk of calcium and passing it hurts more than ten right knees and the doctors say no more milk products but fuck them what do doctors know about cheese?
