Nick - long time - I was trying to make a comment and I started a Blog -completely without intending to!!
Your list poem is great - the last line resonates - lists are a good idea a good form - re hot water (the "longuer"(s) of life!!) -my "Ajax" valve is leaking on my hot water cylinder (a very common plumbing problem) and I left it and most of the time I use cold water (I turn the tap - 'faucet' in USessian) (to the hot water cylinder) off and on if I want hot water or not) -except for showers of course - so I keep the power bills down and save water etc etc -well it's good to finally see your Blog. You and your friends look great on that beach. Cheers.
Maybe you could have titled it "Life as Irritation" ? Lol - late fines - get those all the time - typos - do those all the time! My children are all grown up so no "I'm Starvings" .... cheers again...
